Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Hokes Bluff

This Taco Bell is the worst! I never write reviews but I’m so fed up with this location, first off the food always comes out awful. Thrown together, barely any toppings, not heated properly etc. they always rush at the intercom. Today, I ordered a chicken quesadilla with just chicken and cheese for my toddler, got it in the drive thru the lady today didn’t give me a receipt and got home all the way in ball play and there’s spicy sauce. Not only that, barely any chicken and cheese and was not heated properly. Everytime I get a taco or Mexican pizza the shell has an awful taste from not changing the oil out. I brought it up to a lady in the window one day and she said”yea night shift sometimes doesn’t filter it like they should” something needs to change or I’ll make a call to cooperate. I’m so...

Taco Bell in Hokes Bluff, AL needs serious attention!! Considering where we live and how far of a drive it is to go to a bigger town, we brake down and give thisTaco Bell another try. We regret it every time. The employees take no pride in preparing the food. I ordered a Mexican pizza two nights ago and it looked and tasted terrible. It was thrown together. Not to mention the tortillas that were used were not the tortillas that are supposed to go on a Mexican pizza. They were too big for the Mexican pizza box. They were flower tortillas that looked like they were cooked in grease.... We will never visit the Hokes Bluff location again unless we know for a fact that corporate has stepped in and that changes have been made...

Taco Bell since Covid and I haven’t eaten KFC over 10 years ago 12 years ago. I’m a truck driver so I was passing through. I was filling a little bad and felt like I needed to eat so I stopped and ate at the KFC/Taco Bell. It was the best Bell I have eaten in years before I even stop going The KFC was unbelievable. It was better than Chick-fil-A. I highly recommend them because they were so clean very professional. They take about 3 to 4 minutes, but I was shocked and amazed now I’m not gonna get that kind of food and service even if I go somewhere else very slim, but I highly recommend this place.
