ALDI — Local services in Holiday

I stood in line with less than 10 items in a small box. The cashier (Nathalie), who barley had any customers, snarkily told me to take my items out of my box. Then she throws them in the shopping cart next to the register. This is extremely backwards customer service!! Below I have attached a photo of what was in my box. All she had to do was scan everything in my box and just put it right back in the box.....scan it and put it right back.

I then placed the box on the counter that I usually go to when I have multiple items and a cart. Typically you have a cart and then you exchange your cart for the one the employee fills with your groceries, but again I had less than 10 items! This is just flat out laziness! I wouldn't have minded taking my stuff out of the box if I had realized that it was going to be so difficult for her! Her tone was very unfriendly and scoldy. I walked to the counter to grab my box and put it inside the cart and put my items back in the box all while she's throwing other items, from the other customer inside the cart at the same time! All of this took way more time than if she had problem solved, as mentioned above. I have never had an Aldi's employee throw other customers groceries in the cart that I was forced to use due to their lack of effort.

She had zero problem with this at all. She came across as if I was inconveniencing her! Explain to me how her lack of customer service...

This is one of the smaller stores. I am so in love with their produce, fresh and plentiful. I have never seen bad pieces, I don't think the produce is out that long to start to spoil.

I have tried many of the store's name brand and we find little difference, less salt and milder flavors. The chips are good tasting and crunchy. Salsa and cheese dip is a little mild.

We have found their prices are the best and freshness is totally there. Baked goods seem a little dry for our tastes but that doesn't not take them off our shopping list.

I like the seasonal choices for cheeses and sausages, the prices again are tolerable.

Go check it out, oh, do bring a quarter for cart usage, you get it back when you return the cart. Nice idea, keeps the driving hazzard with carts out of the way. Bring bags for your purchases, purchase theirs or just pile it all in...

Great store has all the essentials there really is no need for another grocery store stores friendly and fast the people know where everything is they get their hop on additional Checkers as soon as they see there's a line I can hardly wait after everyone goes and sees the new remodeled store so I can shop in peace yes people still and Aldi no need to clamor in there just because they remodeled it brother only if you want a freaking buy something not just your afternoon drive just to see if it's new they were however out of butter last time I was there so that was coming in the next day I told him that didn't help me tonight but usually have everything are you Publix...
