I stopped in real quick to get a 5 piece dark meat meal for 2. I stood at the counter for a couple minutes when the lady working the drive through said to use the kiosk. I tried the kiosk, but it would not get past the select category screen. I tried the other kiosk and it did the same thing. I went back to the counter and waited about 5 minutes for someone to come take my order. There was a man standing in the back talking to someone. He looked at me 3 times and finally came to the counter and told me I could have used the kiosk. I pointed to the kiosk and told him "That's as far as it would go." He told me "Well what do you want?" Not even What can I get you...What would you like. I handed him the coupon and asked for extra cripsy. I got my order and left. I get to the house and opened the box, and it was original recipe. I can't stand the taste of the original recipe. So I bagged it all up and returned to KFC. I walked in and placed the bag on the counter. The young lady that was working the drive through came over and rudely asked me what was wrong with it. I told her I had ordered extra crispy. She barked at me "Where's the reciept." I told her "It's in the bag." She rifled through the bag and got the reciept out, looked at it, and said "That's not what the reciept says." I told her "I don't care what the reciept says. I ordered extra crispy." About that time, an older lady came over and asked what the problem was. I am assuming she was the manager. There was some back and forth between the young lady and the manager. The manager asked what was ordered and the young lady told her a 5 piece meal. The manager told her to throw the returned box in the garbage. The manager returned with a new box of chicken. I asked for fresh hot mashed potatoes and gravy as they would be cold by then. The young lady did not look happy. She disappeared and came back with a bag of mashed potatoes and gravy containers. She shoved them into the bag. This lady obviously missed out on the customer service training, or forgot why she took it. I left and got home again. I opened the box of chicken and guess what. The order was wrong again. They did not give me the 5 piece dark meat. It was a combo of dark and white meat. I do not like white meat because it's always dry. I refused to go back again. After placing an order for a 16 piece family meal that is supposed to have 4 pieces of each part I was told they were short 2 breasts and 1 thigh so they could offer me 3 wings instead since the only had wings left. After paying $57 I asked what else they had because I didn’t feel 3 wings was the equivalent to 2 breasts and 1 thigh. After checking with manager the girl said oh I found some legs. So she then offered 3 drumsticks. I asked if she could add some chicken tenders because 3 drumstick was still not enough. She came back and said manager said no. When I asked for manager the most rude woman came out and said “I already said no.” I told her that I wasn’t trying to be difficult but that it wasn’t fair. So I asked if I could have a 12 piece meal instead and be refunded the difference. She made a nasty face and walked away. She came back with a piece of paper and when I asked if she would change it to the 12 piece she started getting loud and nasty and said I have to refund you first and then make a new order. I said there is no reason to speak to me that way and she proceeded to say “I’m finnin to just give yo money back”. I wanted to add a coleslaw to my 3 piece meal and once I got up to the window was told that I couldn’t add anything at the window. I wasn’t given a reason I was just told that they can’t do that. This makes absolutely no sense for a business that has a drive-through window to refuse to take your order at the only window especially when you’ve already spent $10 on your meal and you’d like to add another three dollar item. So if their speaker or microphone system is broken they won’t take drive through orders at the work dow?!?!?! B.S.
