I came in looking for a particular style of men’s necklace which, unfortunately, was not in stock. The gentleman guiding me through the shopping experience was happy to show me similar items of comparable style without any fuss and, shockingly enough, didn’t try to pressure me into spending beyond the scope of my budget. After a bit of hunting for what suited me, I decided to come back another time to continue shopping but, I did stumble upon an item which appealed to my significant other’s sensibilities - a beautiful, and uniquely designed, white gold necklace and geometric, diamond studded, pendant - about which this same gentleman versed me thoughtfully and thoroughly without ever being pushy, overbearing, or frustrated with my undoubtedly dilettante-ish lines of questioning.

In spite of a item suitable for me, personally, being unavailable, I don’t fault the store in the least; I’m just picky. Insofar as the overall experience, the stylings, materials, and price ranges, are copious enough to meet the needs of the average person and the customer care discerning enough to meet those same needs. I’m not a rich man but, on the occasions on which I choose to splurge a bit, this’ll be the place my dollar goes....

If you’re looking for great jewelry at a fraction of the cost you need to go here. After losing my first $3000 engagement ring 😭 my fiancé went here and bought me a temporary ring, which was stunning. This past weekend I went back and upgraded to a better ring and not only did I get it for 75% less then what it retailed for, they let me use the one my fiancé bought as money towards it! Then after I bought the ring, they gave me a card that had $45 dollars on it because you earn cash towards money you spend in the shop and you can use it to buy whatever you want, which is awesome! To top it off they have a jeweler who will size your ring for free, and they custom make and set their jewelry too! Gabby who works there is fantastic and everyone who works there is so nice. After my first visit to Florida Diamond Center and seeing their large selection of beautiful fine jewelry and receiving such impeccable customer service from both Stephen and Nathan, I’ve refused to shop anywhere else. I’ve purchased many pieces of jewelry from here and the quality and great prices surpass those of the common chain retail stores found in malls. I’ve been particularly impressed by the patience and time spent by both Stephen and Nate each time either I or my daughters come in to buy something new. Regardless of whether it’s a small pair of earrings or an exquisite precious gemstone ring, they handle each sale with equal measure.
