I unknowingly called the National phone number. After 40 minutes of holding, and the representative repeating the same talking points over and over and over, I felt more confused, and less resolved. I ended up calling the Holland branch number. The hold time was only about ten minutes and the young lady I spoke with was INCREDIBLY helpful. She answered my questions, explained things that didn't make sense, and communicated with the payment center while I was on the phone in order to actually resolve my issue. I hung up feeling like my issue was for real being handled, and that I actually mattered to her. After spending an hour on Hold and then 1/2 hour discussing my case on the US SS Hotline and getting completely confused on what I needed to do I decided to call this Holland Office and after 10 minutes my case was reviewed and re instated just like that. The young man was FANTASTIC and courteous and efficient . Read moreThe security guard here today was very nice I actually accidentally went to the wrong building I was supposed to go to the Secretary of State and he was not only able to come outside when I was grabbing the information I need out my bag before I walked in and asked me if I needed any help/ assistance xD. After I realized I was at the wrong building I came inside to see if they had a water fountain and they did! Thank God lol.
