If I could give Pull Up A Couch more than 5 starts I would! I found a couch via Facebook that I wanted to look at (even tho I originally wasn’t going to buy used) I sent a message to Jason and his response was very prompt! He was extremely professional & informed me that I could either schedule a viewing or delivery. I made an appointment via his scheduling tool (which I loved due to the fact of it sending me a confirmation email) and saw the couch the following day. Jason met me & his team had the sectional set up, ready for me to test it out. Well, I sat on it, & even tho the sectional itself was beautiful, it wasn’t what I wanted. Jason asked what I thought (as I’m sure he could tell I just wasn’t feeling it) & I gave my honest opinion. I explained what it was I looking for in a sectional, & Jason asked if I was only set on a specific color, or if I’d be open to others (which I was) he then told me to follow him, as he had something that I’m probably going to love, & man he was 1000% right!! He went out of his way, to set up ANOTHER sectional & I LOVED it!! It was exactly what I was looking for & more! Jason explained the cleaning/sanitizing process of each item, any repairs that a piece may need etc. Both Jason & his wife were Honest people that made my buying experience super comfortable. He set up delivery for the next day & here I am enjoying my beautiful new couch while I wrote this novel of a review! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jason and Olga at Pull Up a Couch twice in the past year. Last August after purchasing our condo in South Acton, my wife and I found this great business on Facebook marketplace. We purchased two great looking and high quality couches for our living room and 3 season room. Jason and Olga were very responsive, friendly, and flexible. They quickly delivered our couches and we were quite satisfied. Flash forward 8 months and we decided that we would like a living room couch with a little more cushioning, comfort, and support. So I followed the listings and found a nice gently used Restoration Hardware couch on the Pull Up a Couch site. Once again Jason was happy to have us down to see and sit at his warehouse. The advertised couch was not quite right, but Jason showed us another similar one that was perfect. We quickly made a deal to swap last year’s couch for this newer one. Pull up a couch is a great alternative for anyone wanting a pre-owned refurbished brand name couch at a fraction of the price. Think buying pre-owned certified cars, yet in this case, couches. I had no idea this was a “thing.” If only i had known before, i would have had higher end brands for way less then i paid for my old “new” couches.

Their site is easy to use. The brands they offer are the best in the game…using car analogy, think Mercedes, Porsche, and Lexus. When it comes to pickups and delivery , the team is punctual, responsive, and very easy to deal with. They got me a quote on my old couch via texted photos and a few details they set up a pick up that worked on my schedule and offered me a great selection of offerings to replace it with.
