I arrived at the establishment around 10 PM, and started placing a mobile order. By the time I finished, I went to the drive thru to tell the attendant about my order, called 3 times and there was no answer. So I headed to the window, to tell the attendant about my order. When I arrived, she said I should go back to the speaker and tell my mobile order there, but there were like cars behind me and I was tired, so I didn’t want to pick the line back again, and suggested her that she should just take my order right at the window and get it delivered to me, because I arrived first, ordered first, and people behind me could wait. She started screaming at me saying very rudely that I should move, and I refused and said I would cancel my order, and would move just when my order was canceled. I asked for her help to cancel the order, because I didn’t knew how to do it properly, and she screamed at me: “BECAUSE OF THAT, I WON’T SERVE YOU, NOR TAKE YOUR ORDER!” and properly slammed shut the window at my face.
I wanna specify that in any moment I screamed at the lady, nor was rude to her or cursed her in any manner.
At this moment, I was already shaking nervously, so I pulled over to the parking spot to complain about her behavior to the manager. For no surprise, she locked the door and I went my way back to the drive-thru window, because I saw her opening it to deliver food to another person who was behind me. When I came near the window, she screamed “GO AWAY OR I SHALL CALL THE COPS!”. I replied “That’s a great idea.” followed by “I want to talk to the manager.”. She bumped her fist into her stuffed-out chest and shouted at full lungs “I’M THE MANAGER” and slammed the window again, locking it and shutting the lights down.
I called the cops and waited in my car. When they arrived, I told my story and she went out and said them I was trespassing. So now I have a notice that prohibits me from going in the Burger King nearest (about 100 feet) to my house for no reason at all. I’m going to speak to a lawyer and prosecute this unit, but I wanted to give my feedback as a very disappointed client as well, even more because Burger King was my favorite franchise...

If it's not the overly rude staff, it's our orders being wrong, or us being charged for things we didn't get, or even the amount of time it takes to get anything we ordered. Today, my boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch and ordered a Sourdough King meal and a Double Whopper meal. We pull up to the window and the gentleman was chatting with someone and it took a bit for us to be able to get to the window. He does the card and charges us, gives us the drinks(WHICH ARE FLAT) and vanishes. We waited, with no word, for ten minutes, and this place is not busy at all. Hardly any customers. At the ten minute mark, one of the employees comes to the window and RUDELY tells us that they have no sourdough, and the best they could do was give us a Bacon King. We say fine, because we've already been waiting a while. ANOTHER TEN MINUTES GOES BY with NO word, we get tossed a bag and that is it. NOT ONLY was the bag drenched in grease, but the Bacon king was falling apart from not being assembled well, the DOUBLE WHOPPER that I spent TEN DOLLARS ON was a single patty drenched in mayo. nothing else. This is getting really ridiculous! I spent over $20 and got the value of maybe $10. The quality of the food at this one is horrible. Read moreWorst Burger King in the world. Have been there twice in the last month and had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me both times. This last experience could be the worst that I had ever had at a drive through resturant. After waiting 25 minutes for my order, my order was missing items and one of the sandwiches ordered was made wrong and the whopper we ordered was two regular size hamburgers on a whopper bun with a single piece of cheese melted across the two burgers. When I went to inform the drive through server I had to wait additional 5bminutes for them to come to the window. Mind you there are 8 cars behind me now. When I informed the server of the error there response was "you should have told me your order was wrong when I handed you your reciept and change ten minutes ago" Well the reciept was correct the staff just made the food wrong. When I pointed that out to the serve there response was "well what would you like me to do now, there isb8 cars behind you and it will take 10mins to remake your sandwich" The owner and manager should be ashamed too have a employee that acts like that serving there customers.
