Nice shop. Good prices. But I'm incredibly irritated because I purchased a Smok Infinix vape and the people working at the time told me I HAVE TO use nic salt juice in my vape or it will break(I'm new to vaping and don't know much about it, and i purchased this device because it is low maintence) , and I spent an extra $30 on juice that I normally wouldn't have even spent. Then the juice they recommended was high in menthol flavor after I specifically told the salesperson I didn't like menthol flavor in juice. I called back to double check on the usage of nic salt juice after doing some research online (where it doesn't say anything whatsoever about a specific juice) and they again told me the same thing. I went into another vape shop in Apex, NC near my work and they told me they lied that I can use any juice I want and they even took the bottle I purchased from A1 Vapor and gave me a free bottle of juice and let me try the juice before I purchased it to ensure I liked it. Good customer service and friendly staff but I don't appreciate the marketing ploy to get more money out of me. Will not be shopping...

The staff exemplifies the concept of customer service. They Know You by name, even if you only show up once or twice a month like I do. They know the product, they are courteous and professional - surprisingly professional for an industry that markets, in part, by hosting "cloud contests."

They also have a loyalty program that saves you some money every now and again, if you don't redeem it builds up. Pretty neat. Not to mention, they always have some variety of juice for sale, awesome for someone who isn't married to a certain taste and enjoy sampling (I'm not that person, I have two flavors I mix in a 25/75 ratio and I don't intend to change it).

They have an enormous selection of products and can cater to a wide range of needs - from the experienced hobbyist who customizes everything to the first-time who has no clue other than they want a simple cig to satisfy their curiosity.
