I ordered six tacos of meat after eating two tacos and a half and establishing that it was way to salty I notify the waitress. The waitress took three tackles and a half to the kitchen and brought back two. When I received the bill I noticed that I was being charged for six tacos and not five I'm not going to argue about the other half of Taco that I left. Very rudely she says that it was only two tacos I asked her to please verified. When she gave me the bill she had corrected it five tacos instead of six and a question were you able to take notice very rudely she replied it was only two but it's okay I only charge you I for five in a form like she was doing me a favor. I have never complained about a meal in any type of restaurant that I've ever gone to nor send a meal back. But with this waitress attitude and the poor meal. She teach me a fundamental lesson whenever I encounter a meal in the future that is of the disliking immediately I will stop it right there and not try to make any type of accomodations for them to make it right. This person is highly on educated and should not be servicing any type of customer. She represents the establishment...
Read moreThe food is mediocre, served warm not hot. Definitely frozen not fresh. The worst part of the visit is the fountain drinks are 12oz glasses filled with ice and for $2.95 you get only 1 refill. Also, the servers were not very friendly and obviously favored Hispanic customers. We ordered 3 entrées 2 appetizers among which were 2 early bird specials for $12.95 each to eat at the restaurant and they come with a drink but NO refills. We then ordered 2 more early bird specials to take home for the family and asked if we could just use the drinks in the restaurant and they refused by saying that take out orders do not include drinks, we were dining in hence planning on leaving a tip… the shrimp fajitas came with 6 good size shrimp lite seasoning but vegetables were fresh. The guacamole dip tasted good but was small for the price of $17. The menu lists price as “market value”. The Texas enchiladas tasted good but were not served hot they had cold spots so I think they were probably frozen. I will not eat here again based on the NO refill policy. Do yourself a favor and choose a better restaurant that actually gives refills like literally...
Read moreCall me Rocky Balboa because I was fighting for my life when I was presented with these tacos. As soon as I opened the lid of the container, I was punched in the face with the putrid smell of rot. El Paso’s tried to save this un-freshness by putting my tacos on ice, but the damage had already been done. That’s right, there were ice cubes ON my tacos. This ice started to melt, leaving pools of water in the cheap styrofoam take-out box, essentially dissolving my soggy tortillas. If looks could kill, these tacos would have sent me six feet under. It seemed as if there was pre-shredded, cold cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. The chicken was also visibly oily and un-seasoned. The food on the Mexican episode of Great British Bake-off looked better. Despite all better judgment, I decided to hold my nose a close my eyes and take a bite. My primal instincts immediately kicked in, forcing me to spit out the food as if I had just ingested poison. I was not hungry any more, all for the wrong reasons. This was definitely and experience I will not like to...
