Jan's Flowers & Gifts — Local services in Holyoke

Very disappointed with the service and lack of professional services. Over a year ago I was in search for a florist for my wedding day. I had a vision and it came crumbling down minutes before I walk down the isle. My bouquet was a $250.00 Cascading piece. I was absolutely in love with it when Jan presented the flowers to me. I was able to hold my bouquet about 15 to 20 Minutes for my first look and then it happened. The piece of plastic the held the bouquet together snapped and my flowers dropped to the ground. ( When talking with Jan, she mentioned second guessing using the product she did. That the flowers were to heavy for it..... "??????? Ok then !!!!!!!!) I picked them up off the ground to hopefully salvage what was left of it. But the flowers just kept falling out. That's just the beginning. Now I have aunt's and bridesmaids trying to contact Jan. Including myself. Again minutes before I walk down the isle. I'm trying to contact my florist. No return calls. Lucky for me. they sent an extra bridesmaids bouquet. BUT! only to realize Jan forgot one boutonniere. Now I'm on my honeymoon and my aunt whom paid for these flowers bhas contacted Jan to let her know what has happened. Jan says she will not return money to her, but will send the " bride" a refund. I came home to no refund. A week later I call Jan, and ask for a refund. Was told I'd receive it no later than Friday from the day I called it is now mondays morning November 13, and my wedding was October 28th. I'm not understanding why she isn't taking responsibility for the lack of quality and professionalism. Very dissatisfied and WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HER...

I ordered flowers for my aunt from online 2 times and both times she has LOVED the arrangements. They are beautiful. She just got one for today, December 2020 but the one in the spring stayed fresh for a long time! I chose Jan's because I live in Vermont and didn't want to use an online retailer, I wanted local to my aunt. I also chose Jan's because the website was SUPER easy and very fair prices, other retailers were expensive for similar items and the website was not as straight forward. Web based ordering is very important to me because I am a millennial and don't know how to make phone calls. My aunt is very happy with the arrangement and I am very happy with the easy online...

I cannot say enough about Jan's Flowers. From the friendly service to the Beautiful Artistry in their arrangements, they ALWAYS Deliver. I used to work in the field, so I would buy my wife flowers and deliver them myself. I always had a hand in what flowers I was getting and making sure they got there. Now that I am in an office most of my day, and I can't deliver them myself, I've tried some online options and others. I am SO Glad I found Jan's... I never have to worry about anything... I know they're going to deliver on-time and it's always Gorgeuos enough to make everyone in my wife's office just a little jealous. lol More importantly, my wife always loves...
