LeafLux — Local services in Holyoke

I visited LeafLux for the first time, from Connecticut, to take advantage of the pre roll product they have that costs $3 each. this is an astonishing 80%ish discount off what I pay in CT even with my medical card.

I chose 10 of the things and everyone was nice and everything — but the transaction was fraught. They were having trouble with my card.. I remember punching in the PIN a few times.. and then they told me to use the ATM instead, so I did.

Two days later (prob even after having had partaken in a $3 pre roll) I realized I had been charged four times for the transaction.. one for $43 and the other three for $43.50 and four $2.50 ATM fees. Most likely, I literally prob did punch in my PIN all four times like I was told, and then the final time for the ATM.

LeafLux did not answer my pretty polite email (in which I also provided screenshots and a story about what happened) nor, amazingly, do they answer their phone which I did try for a few days.

I’m in the dispute process but wish me luck — from my research since they are ATM transactions winning the disputes can be more difficult than normal ones. And, because what I recall and do concede — I followed their directions by repeatedly entering my PIN, which in hindsight, prob caused these repeat transactions.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, it is truly one of a kind. The service is always exceptional, with staff who go above and beyond to make sure every visit feels welcoming and effortless. The product quality is unmatched: everything is consistent, reliable, and you can tell that a lot of care and pride go into what they provide. On top of that, the prices are incredibly affordable compared to the quality you receive, which makes it stand out even more. I had a mixed experience at this store. The staff was amazing, and the prices are great! However, I encountered a significant issue with my purchase. I clearly communicated to Bee (Bea?) that I require Indica strains due to panic attacks. My friend and I purchased what we thought were the same products, but upon arriving home (two hours away), I discovered I was mistakenly given a hybrid. When I called, they offered to exchange it, but I couldn't return before closing. They refused to honor the exchange a few days later and didn't return my call as promised.
