Updated just yesterday Feb 24th 2024 this happened I bought a overpriced half at that of my favorite bananaconda.. it isn't even similar to bananaconda that I always get and always smoke cause it's filled with seeds.couple blunts in and I have 8 seeds already Who pays 92$ a half for seedy bud not me EVER again. Not sure why they'd take down a name and number to have a manager call me back just to never have anybody call me back. My bf and I are 2 loyal customers who smoke an oz in 2 days 3 ozs a week consistently for years . They don't let you smell anything because they sell you anything they want you can go to any other dispensary and be allowed to smell any flower you want. I'm in there all the time restocking on an oz but you guys have no problem misdescribing a high testing , high priced oz , selling that misdescribed oz and doing nothing about it besides saying you'll give my boyfriend a call and not doing that. Walked out the door after paying 187$ for an oz that was supposed to be quality structure buds and a gassy profile (their words exactly in their description even though they said they just grab it off Google randomly ) it was farmy smelling bud with the loosest nugs never have I ever seen such a loose yield be called quality structure I like high testing gassy profiles with tight dense nugs which is why I wanted to try something new like triple O after reading your very well off description you put whatever you want or should I said your marketing manager puts whatever they want. Don't call Holyoke expecting them to make things right they say they'll call you back and don't. They'll say they'll make it right and they wont. They don't stay high here they stay lame. Literally the worst oz I've ever gotten from them I would've happily paid about ..100$ for this triple O oz after taxes not no 187 shwag bag I get 100-105$ ozs after taxes alot and have gotten way better stuff then this don't waste your money here getting ripped off! I love Holyoke cannabis for being one of the only places to get $8 high supply 8ths. What I don't like is how they never save your order. This is the second day in a row that I have went there and they had sold my order to a complete stranger. I don't know why you even bother having the option of ordering on your website when you don't save people's "stuff" ever. The manager, Enest, then offered to give me another eighth, which I thought would be in place of the two 1)8e they had mistakingly sold to the stranger, but it was $24 an 1/8 and not $8. Hey then said he could take 10% off of the order, and I really had to stop myself from rolling my eyes. I refuse that I said that I would just get the $8 eighths right now that they had on special since they had sold my order just a few minutes before it was a stranger in which the clerk admitted. Against my better judgement, I went again today bc you just can't beat their $8 1/8's of high supply. I placed an online order the previous night for two 1/8's of the Joker OG by high supply for $8 they were supposed to be saving them till 10:30 that night. However, when I went there at 1:00 in the afternoon they didn't have my order and they had run out of the joker of course. The workers then got me excited too by saying that because I had the other order of the joker placed previously, I could purchase that and two of the new high supply 1/8's called sweet thang for $8 as well. I was so happy, until I found out that they hadn't even saved my joker OG order. Of course why would they have my order for the night before, they never have. Holyoke cannabis is good for the $8 special high supply 1/8's (limit 2). But their half ounces and ounces are all significantly overpriced, and I repeat; they will NEVER save your order, and if they do they will save it for like an hour and then sell it to some...
