We purchased a Cinderella toilet from ACDC Electric Svs. They are Alaska’s only provider of Cinderella electric toilets and supply.

They have outstanding customer service. They care that what you buy from them works for you. Catherine brought my Cinderella toilet from Homer to Anchorage without a fee.

We had a few questions, they were right there to help us out. The price is good for an electric toilet. Being the sole provider of these they could add a surcharge, but they don’t. One great thing is people answer their phone. If they have to get back with you, they actually do. I recommend this company for not just electric toilets but for anything they sell or service....

We ordered our Starlink kit and install through AC/DC and so far have been very impressed with their communication and customer service. It is so nice to have a business answer the phone when you call! They gave us thorough, accurate information about the costs, contacted us before the install, and showed up early for the installation appointment. More impressively, when we had trouble with the Internet shortly after the install, Troy came out the SAME DAY and moved the mount so we had a clear signal.
