I initially went in on a Saturday to send some time sensitive information by FAXto my Bank to clear up a Mistake that the Bank made by Emailing my Wife's Bank Statements to a different customers Email????!!!???. Then one week later we find that the Bank only received half of the Information from the FAX that UPS Store sent because the Employee didn't know what ghey were doing! So on Monday morning (Quietly) went in to redo everything! At this Point I still do not know yet if that was done correctly?!!!? Today (Wednesday) we went back again(Quietly) to resend more information to the Bank and some Crucial Information to Washington State Unemployment (Separately.)! And then found out ( just by chance) that Everything was sent to the WRONGFAX NUMBER) WOW..! Then the Owner (instead)of Appolgizing to me for what His Employee did that upset me (Justifiably So)instead told me not to come back(in which I had already planned to never come back again. He then Proceeded to tell me I coud never come to Ulmers either. NO APLOLOGY ?!!!? Not Business like what so ever! He never even took the time to listen to WHAT the Problem was. WOW!!! Sounds like the Owner (Patric ) has serious issues! Just look at one if his other Reviews by a Female Customer! GET HELP PATRICK!!! Our Driver's License and Social Security Cards were on the FAX! Do you understand the problem with that? Probably not because none of you are the SHARPEST Knives in the Drawer! Good reason...
Read moreIncredibly rude just stopped in to drop off a return to Amazon had to wait in line. I really don’t think that’s necessary. You should have a dropbox somewhere or a corner to drop your packages. I don’t care about a receipt but the older woman at the counter was incredibly rude and said they would not except the Amazon box And this is the second time that I have been treated this way in the store. I don’t want to have to deal with those people just make a corner where you can put the boxes that need to be returned. Worked fine when they had a dropbox outside...
