I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE OVER ALL OUTCOME OF MY DAUGHTERS NAILS, I WOULD NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN

I had dropped my daughter off with $80 dollars to get a black French Tip full set for her prom tomorrow and she came out with these which looks like something I could’ve done at home, even the store bought press ons look better than these so called nails . I went back in to ask who did my daughter’s nails because the sides of ALL her nails had missing polish spots. So when I asked who did them, an older lady (which was mentioned THE OWNER) came forward and said she did and asked me what was the problem. I then showed her all the un-polished spots and she agreed to fix it. After waiting another 10 minutes my daughter came back out with the same results and was upset. The nail tech then came out and was apologizing but I kept telling her that what she did was not nice, these girls come to get their nails done for prom and gets treated like a nobody, maybe because they’re younger and don’t really go to get their nails done often, which is so bias in my opinion. I told the nail tech that it’s alright, we’ll just take this as a lesson learned and will NEVER go here for nails again. I would suggest PRO NAILS at kam shopping center, they are way cheaper and a lot more professional...

(7 years ago) Cozy place. U get your own nail tech and you're set, otherwise, you can still go in and try find who you might like. At least it doesn't smell like nail polish inside. Could get noisy, esp if a customer brings a child and lets the kid do whatever.

Edit: June 17, 2024: The place reeks of chemicals now; Not enough ventilation. I only go here because of a specific nail technician otherwise, I really don't like this place anymore because of the lack of ventilation and mostly rude people who answer the phone and hang up on you if you are looking for someone specific to do your nails. Not to mention their prices skyrocketed to twice what they used to charge for mani/pedi. Once that nail technician I go to leaves this place, so will my business with...
