🩷 denied a disabled person with a service animal to visit the labyrinth.

Disappointing to say the least . You clean up after an animal just like you clean up after a human (also an animal). Aaron Torres , the owner , was very rude and uninformed in their denial as well . Can tell they did not actually have an understanding of ADA law for businesses despite being around since 2015.

Paraphrasing . He stated we could not enter with a service dog . When told we would comply with his request but that this was illegal , he stated “well usually they have a harness or card “ which is not law at all. He then stated “well I have others coming in after you” …. Let’s be real . People go back there to do unspeakable things sometimes . You clean it up and move on. We were shoppers that just wanted to look and support his business in a respectful manner .

LGBTQ+ members of the kink community do not normally discriminate against people with disabilities whether in munch spaces , play parties or educational spaces so this was very disheartening .

Native Hawaiians are very respectful of and caring for people with disabilities especially in their communities so this is not a cultural issue. Native Hawaiians are not lacking education and literacy, as proven by the rich history and fighting done by Hawaiians to legally defend their rights to their land even in statehood .

He demonstrated ignorance that is easily corrected and not reflective of the highly educated people he descends from . I hope he is able to stand behind his business and become more informed , because it may cost him in...

I've seen some complaints in the reviews, so I figured I'd leave my review... I came in tonight to buy an article of clothing. The shop was small, it was clean, it was quiet, and the gentleman behind the counter was very polite when asked for assistance and not all in your face being pushy trying to make a sale ( something i think most of us appreciate).. ALSO THERE IS SOME AWESOME CANT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE ON ISLAND BUT HERE ITEMS FOUND AT THIS SHOP. So maybe its not the biggest , flashiest, most over the top shop there is, and even tho its not a 5 star ritz , it's also definitely not the one star cringe factory like the prior review made it out to be and for that reason and to serve justice to this wonderful little shop im...

I wouldn't recommend going. Place appears to be dead, the clerk is rude, etc. The store is rather small, but the main thing it has Is the Labrynth where they show a bunch of films in a dark lit maze where you can do all sorts of wild things. They even provide a place to store your stuff and free condoms.

Love the idea, but it is so unfortunate that it's ruined by the lack of people, rude customer service and it should be noted it caters mainly to gay men. 90% of the films shown, that you have no control over are all for the gays. In desperate need of a touch up, but it really seems it's days...
