This isn't just a retro shop with computer repair. With a UPS dropoff, computer services, a retro-gaming center with extremely cheap prices, and amazing staff, this place goes beyond my expectations. Gans Media offers retro-games and computer repair services. The retro-game shopping went beyond what I imagined earlier. It has games and controllers for almost every console. But, however, I came for computer repair. For some odd reason, when I tried to start up my PC, nothing happened. Upon handing it over to Gans, I received a response in about 2 days. I was expecting that it would've been gone because I expected 2 days to be too long. But no, I was proven wrong upon being told that my motherboard had unexpectedly died and that they would replace it for a total of $195 and I would be getting a medium-quality motherboard. I accepted as that seemed reasonable. About a day later I was told it was ready for pickup! I arrived, picked it up, paid (no hidden charges) and it booted up. Things felt smoother and when I checked my files, they were still on there and it seemed none of them were altered. It was the first time in the shop to pick up a package from it being a ups acess point. While waiting for the package to see if was there the prices arround seemed reasonable and fair. Sadly the person we delt with was unfriendly and had no sympathy that the package was there. Instead huffed and puffed and said, "Oh well gota come back tommarow." After being told that the ups man came in and had my package. So then we went back in and gave her the info needed. Which she rudely rolled her eyes, and sighed as she then gave the package. I was frustrated because I couldnt be home for the package because I work everyday and was upset that I had to drive 40 minutes for the package. Even so the ups man himself cared more and was more friendly then the lady behinde the counter. With this interaction I sadly won't return to check out the store, and hopefuly not have to have my packages sent there...

My husband and I happened to be in the area and were looking for games for our Wii. They had everything we were looking for at reasonable prices! There was one game I wanted for the Wii that they had for PS2 and PS3 and I was temped to get a console and said game instead because they had everything I needed. We were in absolute shock with the amount of games, consoles, and equipment for said consoles they had. Not many places have retro games, consoles and accessories anymore. Gans is loaded! We could tell just by walking in that they care about the products they sell and I wouldn't have to worry about anything coming up corrupted or broken. The games we got even came with the manuals!
