Lucky House — Restaurant in Hopatcong

I decided to order Chinese. I hit Chinese by me on maps. This place came up. I ordered general taos Chicken, quart wonton soup. Come to find out over 20 mins. Never been here. Oh it was alil after 12:30. I get there, I see soup had been sitting. Woman walks over dumps premeasured chicken in oil & dumps sauce in it. Now when I ordered she said 10 mins, then it took another 20 to get there. I paid 14.70. The food was horrible as I decided to try it when I got to light ,the broccoli was hard, didn't even bother with the souo.To add Insult to injury she charged me full price, Not lunch special which is $6.60,soup 4 bucks. Won't Chinese place ever, I remember going in when I was a kid and they had good food, now it's an embarrassment. They never clean, all the food comes out of a fridge that looks pre cooked, they change the oil prob once every 5 months. Ordered food one night (was not my idea) we got ribs that were dry and no flavor, fried rice that was probably from a week ago, sesame chicken that looked like dog food, steamed dumplings that had absolutely no flavor, and chicken wings that had so much freezer burn pieces of it were still white, further more everyone was wearing regular clothes, flip flops, and shorts. How the health department has not shut this place down...
