Walgreens — Local services in Hopatcong

I would have rated higher, but when I had to return something I had just purchased, and the cashier would not listen to me when I told them how to do a no receipt return that was purchased on a rewards card. I told her how to do the look up twice and she told me to keep pulling the receipt up on my phone. I physically had to turn the screen and show them how to do the return, despite it being my day off, not my store, and my just wanting to get home. When I made the very obvious how to go through the process comment that made it clear that I worked for the company, they should have listened or asked me to explain it one more time. While I will admit that I should have checked the receipt I grabbed before reentering the store, there is more than one process to do returns without one; and they were presented with the option to do it, as I used my rewards card. They chose to ignore me until I physically did their job for them.

Omg. Wish I could give -5 stars!! Don't waste your time. You can call in advance, they say things are ordered/ready, then you get there and they have no idea what you are talking about. This pharmacy is the most convenient being around the corner from my home, however the pharmacist manager is the reason we will go elsewhere. My first time there transferring from another county he talked down to me in a misogynistic way.
