I came here sometime this week to get my eyebrows waxed. I was already in the area & didn't feel like driving all the way to my normal nail salon. Before the lady started working on me, I showed her a picture & told her that I want my brows to match the picture. Once she was finished, I nicely told her that I don't think my brows match the picture & that I would like her to please make them a bit thinner. I then showed her the picture a 2nd time. The other 2 ladies heard & 1 of them had an attitude, trying to convince me that my brows matches the picture.

After going back & forth, the 2nd lady roughly, in a hurry tweezed my brows even after suggesting for her to use the wax in order to achieve my desired result. That same 2nd lady was talking to the other workers about me & laughing in her language. Eventually, I got turned off by her attitude, paid my $10 & left. Even after all that, the 2nd lady had the nerve to ask me if I'm going to tip smh.

I always thought that people working in the beauty industry, want their customers to be 100% satisfied. I am a paying customer who out of all the other salons out there chose to give you my business! I never in my life had dealt with a beauty worker giving me an attitude, going back & forth with me for a result that I was NOT completely satisfied with! This is bad customer service. Upon reading the other reviews, this seems to be a common problem at this salon.

Due to my bad experience, this will be my first & last time coming here! You're better off taking that extra little drive to the nail salon inside the Walmart Supercenter off Raeford Rd. They have great customer service & do a fabulous job...

I got my pedí and nails today. The pedi was $37 and they had their 10% off special. The SNS color selection WOW'd me with their Autumn color palate! As you can see, my nails looked like chocolate. My nails are very nice. I will say it's a smooth finish but I can feel subtle dips in the center of my nails so it lets me know it wasn't filed even, though it is not noticeable. The rhinestones are a lovely touch but in the design they created ( which is simple but cutesy) I think my stones may snag sitting at the edge of my nail. Overall, I love the clean look and freshness. My cost for both services was just under $100... a lil more than I wanted to spend, even with their (I imagine) $5/ design = $20. Update: I drop the score from 4 to 2 stars. They get two for the review above. The reason I dropped my reviews score is because not even 10 days later all my nails began to separate from the dip meaning a air pocket between my nail and sns at the cuticle. This happens because the technician overlay on cuticle, they leave debris or oil on the nail and when the nail grows out there's a gap. It happened to all my nail! My toes look amazing, the lady did a very good job. I got the regular pedicure with callus removal and my feet are very soft now. My nails on the other hand, I’m not very satisfied with. I didn’t speak up to the man who did them because I was already in a rush to get ready for an event, and didn’t see much wrong at the time. I’ll attach photos, but usually when I get French tips, they use acrylic so your skin tone will show through, and then shape the tips with the color you want. This time, the man only used a “nude” polish under the red color. It does not match my skin tone at all, and looks weird now that I’m adjusted to the new nails. There is also red polish under the nails, which every other time I get my nails done it is cleaned up before I am let go to pay. The man even asked me if something was wrong upon checkout, but I didn’t have the time to have them redone on this day.
