We went there today for the first time, and I can safely say we will definitely be back. My wife and 2 girls came along with me just to browse initially and Garrett and his staff assisted us... We ended up purchasing way more than we 1st planned really all by speaking to Garrett. He was extremely knowledgeable on just about every genre of movie and game you could think of (I found out very quickly that he had almost identical tastes as me and we chatted for quite awhile, I even purchased a movie based on his recommendation, which is very rare for me to do - and I was not disappointed).

When we first entered the store we were greeted like we were old friends, every single employee was extremely friendly and helpful, and easily answered questions and made suggestions, but Garrett stole the show... When I first met him he was super friendly and even helped me dig through a bin of games just to help me find something I was looking for... I found that to be extremely nice and going beyond the call of duty. My family and I felt so welcome being there (like they actually were glad to see us - imagine that!), and that's unusual for any place these days much less a video game/movie store! We will be back for sure because of that first class treatment alone... But Garrett's customer service being so good actually got me to purchase more and that's got to be a good sign. Clever sales trick there guys, treat people like they mean something more than another number and they buy more stuff from you... Who'da thunk it?? It'd be cool if more people were like that in other businesses. Anyway... Very good job...

Feel bad leaving 3 stars because prior to today I had enjoyable experiences. Today I went in with trade which i had done in the past no problem. The individual today was extremely slow with the trade in process and appeared to have limited knowledge with older games and systems. With limited time I decided to end the trade. While I'm not saying I didn't play a role in the argument that ensued because I did and I take responsibility for that he became extremely unprofessional arguing with me surrounded by many other customers. He also took a shot at his own store chain and other chains stating that other stores do not know what they are doing when taking trades justifying the unncesary hassle he was causing. I'm rarely in the area but with the chance of running into the guy again I will not return to this particular store. The other employees in the past have always been respectful so I appreciate them and have seen them deal with negative situations in a much positive matter. I will only be going to the clarksville store moving forward when I visit. For all intensive purposes the store as a whole is great just he probably could use this as a learning experience and improve his skills in dealing with trades and learning about how the...

Nice store, great employees, very friendly. They had some good deals, the only problem was the prices. Like they had buy 2 get one free on games under $7.95, which is a pretty good deal. But the problem was that there wasn't that many games under $7.95, not that wasn't 20 years old or that reviewed remotely good. They even had used kindle fires for the same price that they sale new for. So I guess that's a low point. But another high point is that they also buy and sale older systems and games. And most of those prices were actually pretty decent. Especially comparing to the prices that some of those games go for online and in flea markets, if and when you can even find them. I mean there wasn't a huge selection, but it's not like they can just call a distribution and order them like they do for the new systems. So they'll get a better selection up as they grow and go along. It's just awesome period that they do that. Plus they sale the retros if you don't have or want to buy the actual original system. So all in all, it was an alright store to visit and browse...
