I have never been to a fast food restaurant especially Taco Bell & get disrespected by a āmanagerā. SAMANTHA was very rude to my family & I after they had messed up our order. She got an attitude, cussed at us, and never apologized or corrected our order for us. We were missing some food & we drive back around after waiting for 4 or 5 cars. Keep in mind we never were rude or cussed at her. When we pull up we told her the our order was wrong and we just want refund for the food. She cusses at us through the monitor and tells us if we want the rest of our food or a refund we can come back in the damn morning to get a refund. Exact words. Very very unprofessional and rude. It never was that serious or had to escalate to that. Even working in the food business I have NEVER seen any manager act that way towards a customer, period. Especially after the business being the one in the wrong!! Extremely poor customer service & I would suggest them tweaking their management staff because no one like that should be running a professional business. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I had taken a picture. Not sure what I expected. Food was nice. My hard shell didn't feel as fresh as other Bell's we have been to. But the "unpleasant icing on the cake" was almost to the end of my granddaughter's drink was a young dead cricket. Yuk! Yes, this can happen anywhere, anytime. I took the cup up to the manager and she was like "what's that?" I really just wanted them to see it. But when she said for the second time we didn't put it in there.... Then I became an unhappy camper. I said it could have been the ice, or the drinks. I wasn't sure. She made herself an Arnold Palmer. (Tea and Lemonade mix) then the manager says. It couldn't get in there....WE didn't do it. (I felt her emphasis on "we" And she walked away. The girl taking orders gave me another cup for my granddaughter. I did say that was a rude response. I am shocked and disappointed with the attitude of this Store's manager.
Not impressed, won't recommend this store, and definitely won't be back........

I paid for it an stepped out to wait. I looked at my receipt an she rang up the wrong thing. So I told her it wasn't what I ordered, She said We no longer have that, I said I just ordered it thru the drive thru,She said Mam I know what I'm talking about, We don't have that anymore. I said I just got it an it says it is New to the menu. She finally looked at the menu board went to the back then came back an gave me my money back for over charging me an said she punched the wrong thing in, I know the employees deal with alot on the daily but more listening an less defensive arguing back with a customer, I think they need to have some retraining...
