(Verse 1) Yo, I hit the BK drive-thru, thought I’d have a snack, But they gave me fries that tasted like a car mat stack. The Whopper looked sad, it was slouched in despair, Like it got beat up by a McFlurry somewhere.
Tried to sip my Coke, but it’s 90% ice, With a lid so loose, I spilled it—twice! The nuggets came out like fossilized rocks, And the sauce? Bro, it was locked in Fort Knox.
(Hook) BK, where the flame-grilled lies reside, With stale buns harder than my pride. Every bite’s a gamble, will I survive? BK—bad food, bad service—bad vibes.
(Verse 2) I asked for no pickles; they gave me five, And the lettuce looked like it barely survived. The cashier’s attitude? Straight-up obscene, Like I just asked her to clean the ice cream machine.
Speaking of which, the shake was pure drama, It came out chunkier than my grandma’s lasagna. The wait time’s longer than a Lord of the Rings flick, I aged three years waiting for my chicken sandwich fix.
(Hook) BK, where the flame-grilled lies reside, With stale buns harder than my pride. Every bite’s a gamble, will I survive? BK—bad food, bad service—bad vibes.
(Bridge) The dining room smelled like a mop gone sour, And the Wi-Fi’s slower than a snail on power. Tried to sit down, but the seat was all sticky, A ketchup crime scene—man, it got tricky.
(Verse 3) Even Ronald McDonald would take off his hat, Cuz BK’s the reason fast food’s a bad rap. The slogan says, "Have it your way," but nah, They gave me cold fries and a half-cooked straw.
At least the crown’s free, but that’s just a ruse, You’ll need it for strength when you face their reviews. So next time you're tempted, just do me a favor, Run to Wendy’s instead—they got the real flavor.
(Outro) BK, you’re a joke, but we love you still, For giving us stories that thrill and kill. So here’s to the king of questionable meals, Where bad service and laughs are part...
Read moreI hate doing this. **This is not a rating for the entire restaurant, just select staff there tonight. I ordered a pickup order, for $7 and change. Waited for 35 - 45 minutes. The staff working the registers for my pickup order NEVER asked if they could help me. We weren't acknowledged. Never. It was only when I overheard her complaining that there was a mobile order that needs to "hurry up and get there". (I was standing there 30-40 minutes.) I told her they were mine, and the attitude I got in return from her, target then being apologetic was icier than the frozen drink she FORGOT to give me with my order. Her childish lack of accountability was in all honesty so disappointing. I walked back to ask for my drink, and not once did anyone apologize except the employee on his break in the lobby. It was unprofessional and I felt humiliated for the franchise but I had no choice, so it added insult to her injured ego to have me point out she forgot something they had ALL that time to remember. (Remember it was her saying the customer had to hurry up and pick up the order.) Perhaps if she wouldn't waste so much time complaining or hating on her co-workers, or worrying about their business, and cut back on shouting across the restaurant at hey coworker on his break simply to humiliate him in front of PAYING customers.... Perhaps then she'd be able to manage a $7 mobile order without screwing it up so ridiculously. Definitely not what I expected to deal with at the BK we spend at least $80 a month...
Read moreMy complete disgust with this Burger King cannot be expressed enough. The last 3(!!!) times we came here, we were asked to wait to place our order at the drive thru speaker. Not normally a problem, but the wait times ranged from 2 to 5 minutes. 5 minutes to have someone take an order? That's ridiculous. I would have pulled around at one point had I not been blocked in front by another car.
The food has been beyond sub par, to the point that at our last visit, I had to bring 3 out of 4 items back into the store to be redone because it was not prepared correctly (I found out later, that the 4th item, my kids chicken nuggets, were also gross... rock hard and still cold). Undercooked food, and getting ill, doesn't sound like fun. When I went inside to have the problem corrected, there were about 5 people I could see, but only ONE person working... restocking buns and such. I couldn't see any manager on duty, and no one seemed like they even wanted to be there.
At this point, until an overhaul of this store happens, we will not return. If we feel the need for Burger King, we'll hit the local Wendy's instead. They have a steadily consistent,...
