The food is good but the staff needs customer service training asap. I go to this location far in-between visits thinking there will hopefully be someone different or new that will not be rude this time, but nope.. If you don't get the "Gen-z stare", you get ignored, or just straight up rude service. This location does not get that busy, and yet employees seem bothered when you ask for something, and no one greets you when you walk in. It could be completely empty and you have to wait until someone finally decides to come over and acknowledge you, no hello, no welcome, no nothing.. Yesterday, about 5 employees were towards the back, some eating, no one turned around, not even to say we'll be right with you, nothing, just completely ignored me...It's just awkward and it makes you not want to come back. I'm not the only person this has happened to, and apparently ive had family members witness staff being nice to only some customers, but not very friendly towards them. Maybe theyre only nice when management is around, idk? And out of all the employees the worst one has to be the guy with the tattoos, I swear he hates his job and you can tell by how rude he is. Hopefully if management or corporate reads this, they will bring it to...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at the newly opened Verde Salad Co. on Eastlake and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The restaurant was packed, which speaks volumes about how popular it is. Despite the full house, the staff was on point — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. A huge shout-out to the manager, who kept everything organized and ensured that every customer had a great experience, even with the high demand. It’s clear that the team is well-trained, and do their best to get it right. The food was fresh, flavor-filled and fantastic. So many menu choices and options the possibilities of salad combinations and wraps are endless. The tortilla soup was delish and hearty. I sipped down a Berry Hibiscus drink. Definitely have to go back and try the other options. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed. If you're in the area, I highly recommend Verde Salad Co. — great healthy food, excellent service, and a welcoming...
Read moreHad an issue with uber eats when I received my salad, which uber was no help at all like always. I decided to call the store on Eastlake and the manager Jesus took care of it he listened to my complaint and didn’t make me feel like i was lying or overreacting. He had them remake my salad with a new protein and was apologetic. The staff also apologized for the quality of the ahi tuna (not the staffs fault I blame the manufacturer) it was hard to tell until you would bite it. Obviously they not gonna do that haha but I appreciate the staff today. I will be back...
