Placed an order on Tuesday around noon. Said it be ready in 15 minutes. I show up 10 minutes & young man said 5 more minutes. Asked if it was ok to charge me now. As soon as he finished the young lady said it was ready. Young man hands pizzas & thanked me. Got home & pizza was pipping hot, but greasy. It had regular & mini size pepperoni. The slices were too flimsy, but this happens at most locations I've been too. Asked to leave in a bit long & top is over cooked, bottom still flimsy.
Update 10/11/19 I called in 2 Large pepperoni pizzas for carryout. Told me 15 minutes. I got there in 8 minutes, meaning 7 minutes remaining. The young lady charged me & went to get pizza. They were ready. Handed the boxes, but didn't show the pizza like they are supposed to. Which is Customer Service. So I THOUGHT. What I got was 2 BURNED & GREASY PIZZAS. I told her don't you guys check products before handing it out?!? Obviously NOT. And let me tell you, she acted like i was a bother. Hold up, I'M THE CUSTOMER, NOT YOU! The customers are the ones paying your paychecks. The customers are the REASON YOU ALL HAVE YOUR JOB AT SPEEDYS. Not the other way around. She said with attitude let me go check for another pizza. I called the number back that are used to place my order, and instead of being greeted by somebody helpfulI am placed on hold before I can get a word out of my mouth. I hang up and try calling again because all I wanted to know was the intersection that they're located on to go pick up my order. I'm out on hold again before I can get a word out. If you're busy, you're busy. But I've never been to a place that won't wait for a response before throwing a call on hold. when I finally got through without her automatically putting me on hold I asked for a manager and instead being greeted by somebody that's helpful all he had was a dry tone in his voice like you really couldn't care about what I was saying. Sure you said that you would tell the girls something, but by the tone of your voice I could tell that you really didn't care about what I have to say. This is really a shame. Read moreWe have tried this out before. Long wait of course but what really bothered me was how the manager Ivan if that is really his name, handle a delivery situation. They got my call back number incorrect. Then they lied telling me that the deliver driver knocked on my door when I have a gated fence. And even if he did try to come thru the fence my dogs would of alerted me of the driver. Many many lies to cover a simple delivery.
I asked if they would be able to re deliver my order because of the miscommunication which I believe was in their end. And they dismissed me making me feel like it was all my fault. Poor costumer service. I really enjoy their pizza but I can't support companies with bad employees. No matter what you don't argue with the costumer.
