Although I understand that this is a new Sonics location and challenges are inevitable there is no excuse for poor customer service, communication, and management follow through. I arrived to store # 6672 on September 08th at 8:10 pm. I pressed the red button at stall # 08 at 8:10 pm. No one answered the red button so I placed a mobile order at 8:26 pm. Sonics mobile app indicated that my order would be ready in 5-6 minutes. I received a notification at 8:36 pm that Sonics Employee Son was bringing my order out. I waited until 8:46 pm until I pressed the red button for assistance, no one answered so I knocked on the store door. Manager Lisa Valdez came out and I voiced my concerns to her, she put her up and told me to look around and said that they are busy. I asked if I can speak to someone above her, a Hispanic male who refused to provide me with his name came out at 8:49 pm and told me that they are working on my order and provided me with his title, Area Manager. I asked him to provide me with his supervisors name, he gave me General Manager Ray Torres phone number. I called Ray Torres , no answer so I left a voice message. My order was delivered at 9:00 pm, I asked the unidentifiable Hispanic male if he can provide me with his name but he said that I didnt need it because I have Rays phone number. As I received my order, I noticed that my Oreo Blast only had a little bit of Oreo cookies on one side of the cup. The other orders only had a little bit of add on's as well. He didnāt apologize or anything so the lady that asks us for proof of purchase comes back with a printed receipt and says they will start doing our order but his time it has been almost 2 hours and a half since we orders it. The lady apologized and says they were super busy but weird how they got the order for the car that came an hour after next to us and got their order first than us and left and we were there still.. Like who does that, getting the food first to a car that just came in in 15 mins right away.. We end up requesting a refund we didnāt wanted to deal with the managers attitude and messing with our food, never coming back to this location.    Read moreI ordered an all American hot dog. I wanted to relish, no onion, sub tomato and cheese. This would mean that in received a hot dog with mustard, Mayo, ketchup, pickle, cheese and tomato. This, however is not what I received. I received a hot dog missing the Mayo and pickles. I let them known that it needed Mayo and pickles. The (rude) runner asked what all it should have so I listed the full order again. Next I received a hit dog with ONLY onion, relish and mustard. 𤯠I then went over my order AGAIN. The manager came out and asked what I wanted... I listed AGAIN a hot dog with Mayo ketchup mustard, pickles cheese and tomato. She WRITES THIS ALL DOWN on the receipt to be sure...... I STILL got a hot dog missing the Mayo. All of this occurred after they forgot my husbands blast for the 3rd time. We come here pretty often but I'm starting to think that it's more trouble than it's worth
