On May 30th, 2025 I placed and order on line to pick up at a requested time for the El Paso Eastlake location... arrived on time and food was not done, 41 minutes after arriving and speaking 4 staff member, the manager Carlos apologies for the wait time as I was waiting for a chicken breast to cooked. Wasted my whole lunch break, he told me he would refund my money over $30 and still gave me the food... Now 13 days later still no refund, I have called twice and they stay we did, Wells Fargo says they did not. I called again today and I told Carlos the manager/ owner just remake the food and we are good. I went to pickup the food and after handing it to me, he called me a LIAR and for me to enjoy the free food as I was driving away. Do not think I did not back up and let him know he had VERY poor business etiquette and should never have called me a liar. I pulled up my account and showed him by balance as well as all my deposits, this was not about the money it is standing by what you have told your consumers. He had the audacity to call me a liar and claimed he had proof of the refund, I asked for him to show me and all he could as was he had proof. I will now call my bank and dispute the charge as I have a receipt showing I should have been given a refund. I will be leaving a bad review on every site they have and discourage anyone from spending any money there now or in the future. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION EVEN IF THE...
Read moreSo we remembered it was opening day and decided to come. As we we were hoping, word hadn't really gotten out as there wasn't a long line going out the door and around like other places when they open.
We were able to order right away. Now the place is small like 4 or 5 tables maybe 6. A gentleman was kind enough to offer seating space with him while we waited. And boy are we glad we took him up on it. We waited 45 minutes!!! to get our order. I understand it was the 1st day.
For the food the teriyaki chicken bowl was very similar to the Mirabowl place. As for the Katsu that was crunchy and tender inside. The flavors were there and I loved that you can ask what specific vegetables you want. I particularly don't like cabbage or too much onions.
The spicy teriyaki wasn't as spicy as we would have liked but it was good.
Now there were some portion discrepancys, the person we sat with got the extra large bowl and he seemed to have gotten as much protein as we did with regular bowl. Im sure with time they will sort it out.
Just wish they had one on the Westside. Someone did tell me they plan on opening one but no time soon.
Would recommend and will go...

Every single meat bite had tendon or gristle, the entire cut of meat was inedible, the cabbage was bitter from turning already, the yokisoba noodles were flavorless and extremely over cooked, like spaghetti that sticks to itself in clumps and the only flavor note found, was burnt.
Complained on the spot, and they tried to fix it. Got some chicken instead no veggies or noodles, but yet again, not an ounce of flavor beyond a mask of burnt. No salt, no teriyaki despite being smothered in sauce, just straight bird gaminess.
Huge waste of money at almost $40 for two.
Nothing but teens working front and back, no cooking experience, no finesse, just kids following orders.
They were understanding and tried to remedy the situation but it all went in the trash.
Go through the owner's comments on the bad reviews also, typical "we're sorry you had a bad experience" yadda yadda yadda..
"We missed the mark" has been said by ever other failing establishment, you just sound like bots parroting politically correct responses without any true...
