Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Horsham Township

I can always find great deals here. Much cheaper even than Wal-mart and of better quality because of who they buy inventory from. Very large selection of books for kids and toys when you're on a budget or have a large family. Houseware is good when moving into your new place on a budget. And socks, work socks, work overalls, auto, sheets/comforter sets (under $50 b/c now most places have them for $69.99 to $100: I'm not used to these prices- ha ha), bath, flowers for decorating, very large clay/ceramic planters, rugs, pots n pans, and more. They do need better, more updated computers so they the cashiers can work more efficiently and not have to over ride almost every transaction due to the computer not scanning or reading an item correctly and charging a different price and/or item number. Just make sure to watch the numbers come up on the screen or your receipt before you leave if the cashier doesn't catch on to it. Most times they do. The lines do back up but they do try to get all hands on deck to get the line down when that happens. Most people are nice and civilized so it's not (whiny and uncomfortable for everyone) to stand in line. Before I left out of state I made sure I stopped here. That's how good it is. They have a lot of stuff here that is generally priced well. If you are trying to find something they have advertised in their circular you’d better get there the first day of the sale or else forget it and even that isn’t a guarantee that they will have it. The employees here are the only reason they get 3 stars. From the check out chick to the floor people all of these employees are awesome. I can never find what i am looking for and it’s usually because they either didnt get any or are sold out. Every employee i have asked for help were extremely helpful. No one gave me a general area to look, they took me to spots where the things should have been or actually were! The last 2 times i was here i got the same checkout woman and both times she was friendly and helpful and if i go there again and she is working i will try my best to be in her line. When i told her what i came in for and the store did’t have she had a few ideas on where i could go to get a good deal or an alternative idea for what i needed and was a very thoughtful person. Every employee i interacted with was genuinely thoughtful and helpful! Ollie needs to give these...

This happens to be my favorite place to shop...for everything...they have air conditioners, heaters, rugs, tile, clothes, everything for the bathroom, kitchen, furniture fort the home and outdoors, food, detergent for washing clothes (everything), diapers, pampers, incontinence items, sanitary napkins, tents for outdoors, soil, and the list goes on and on...if you have never been here, then you need to take a trip. Need books, pencils, bookbags, crayons, snacks...they have it all...I use to be an Inventory Supervisor and these stores were our biggest clients...when I found out about them and the closest one to me, I have not stopped shopping there since. The employees are very helpful, shelves are always stocked and they even sell clothes. There is one thing about this store: When you see it, buy all you can, it might not ever come back again and all stores do not have the same things...these items are closeouts and are really cheap...there motto: Good Stuff, Cheap!
