My roommate and I have actually gone here before for permanent bracelets and thoroughly enjoyed our experience…However, we recently planned to go back so we called in advance to see if we could do a walk in or if we needed to make an appointment, (because we forgot which to do) and she said she did walk ins. This is a bit of a drive for us, so we drove out for a walk in, get there and she wasn’t even there. This is at 11:30 am (we assumed she would be there because the hours say 9 am - 7 pm)…They told us she wouldn’t be back for the day but we could go to an event downtown later that night (another long drive) to get a bracelet. Ridiculous. That’s my time and money on gas wasted. The hours on the website should be changed if she won’t be in. Not going back even though she’s good at what she does.
