I had placed a online order. The order was picked up. Got home and we were missing over half our order. With that being said the other items had some extra items put onto our burritos. Unfortunately they were not on there. Drove back up there, no big deal. When we got there we explained the issues with missing food and lack of items added. Provided the receipt and they took it back to remake the items. They had brought out one of the burritos corrected Whelp, that was wrong again. So they remade that got it back out and shut the glass.... We still had half our order missing. We sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes as they go back and forth with us telling us the order was right. We started with one bag of food in the car. We left with 7 bags of food with one item in them. Because they'd bring something out and forget something else. The manager was very much passive aggressive when we asked for our receipt back. Turns out they threw it away and gave us a reprint. Who ever is running night shift, skinny guy with glasses, he needs to learn to take a deep breath and read the order and make it. Read moreI don't expect much from a fast food experience, so I'm usually happy when I leave. Today was the exception and this didn't happen to me but I witnessed it while I was eating my taco. The manager was speaking loudly into the drive thru head set "I won't give door dash the order in drive thru, it's for mobile orders, you'll have to come inside!" silence while she listens to the response "Door dash has to come inside!" then more silence. A few minutes later a man walks in and asks for a door dash order, manager gives him the food and he asks why he has to come inside when the sign says mobile and delivery orders drive thru. This is her reply "I won't give door dash their order in drive thru, it's your job to come in and pick up the order!" and the argument began. He asked for her name and left. Read moreI went through the drive-thru to order 2 bean and cheese burritos with red sauce. I saw I got my 2 burritos I drove to work opened them to eat before I went into work and the burritos were barely rolled and beans falling out of the tortilla. Luckily Taco Bell is down the street so I rushed over there went in to talk to them and get my food remade. I walked in and felt totally uncomfortable. I had 2 employees giving me dirty looks and three other employees come to check the receipt to be able to remake my order.. well they remade my order I get to work to eat and I open the burrito barley any beans a bunch of red sauce still and the tortillas were stale.. at this point I had no time to go back because I had to go into work.. so I threw away my food.. definitely lost me as a customer.
