Both Kristen and I learned solutions for some insane issues with the new iPhone 12 Pro. FYI you cannot do a warranty for the phone if you have not turned off Find My Phone. With that said, if you need it as I do, be sure you have another up to date device that allows you to disconnect it or turn it off. My screen locked up out of the blue and would not unlock. I tried every possible solution and nothing. After 3 HOURS of brainstorming with Kristenâs patience and my information of all I had done, talking to Verizon tech support, talking to apple tech support, having to transfer my sim to extra phones I had that ended up not usable, to finally using her personal phone just to get the 2nd form of identity with a code so we could get into the Find my Phone on the computer because we ended up needing to erase it to turn off FMP. When we inserted the SIM card back in my phone it automatically factory reset itself and it was a new phone again. Screen unlocked like it never happened. Abby was helpful also but didnât realize you canât rest the iPhone 12 by holding all the buttons at the same time be the 12 has an emergency feature that calls 911 for you and YES, WE CALLED 911 TRYING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE. We apologized but learned yes, that function does work very well in case youâve âFALLIN AND CANâT GET UPâ. Kristen is so good she could sell you a box of Clorox wipesđ I have had the best times with Kristens at Verizon. Abby needs to have a âhappyâ voice for phone calls especially. She seems burned out on the job and can come across as rude and definitely not in the best mood. Not that she is...but to others who donât know her it could come across that way. Sometimes you just have to FAKE HAPPY and keep the vibe upbeat so everyone stays in the best mood possible. Meaning, that âhappy voiceâ you hear people do when theyâre screaming at their kids and the phone rings and in your higher pitched valley girl voice âHI, MY NAME IS SHANNON AND IâLL BE ASSISTING YOU TODAYâ. Smiling does...

GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU ARE A VERIZON CUSTOMER THEY ARE ONLY A AUTHORIZED DEALER, THEY HAVE ZERO CONNECTIONS TO VERIZON Customer service sent me to that location to get a sim card. And the girl with the 2 color hair told me it would be 6.00 to buy the Sim, and if I wanted it to work it would be another 35.00. But I should get one from the company instead. When I told her I needed it for work (I was working, trying to), she told me that her and the other guy that was there was to busy doing updates on other people's phones and they could not and would not help me. It was 615 pm. on Thanksgiving Eve. She sent me across town to a closed store. Maybe the blue in her hair affected her customer service skills. Idk STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRETEND...
Read moreWe recently moved back to AR and our cellular service was costing us a small fortune. Our daughter has been with Verizon for several years now and recommended we check them out. We met with James at the RC store. He checked our phones and verified we could transfer and keep our phones and phone numbers, and discussed the various plan options. After we got them unlocked, he set them up with new SIM cards then confirmed we received the links to set up our automatic payments and applicable discounts. James saved us almost half off our previous cellular bill for the equivalent service. We highly recommend Verizon (RC store in Hot Springs, AR). Thank you, James and Verizon...
