I can hardly find the words that express how “ALL AROUND” this restaurant is CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE. I feel like an idiot every time I go thinking “it will be better than last time.” I will never be back and make sure my entire family will never go again. In stead of a Christmas present this year I will have everyone I know make a covenant to never go there again!!! If you want terrible service, longest wait time you can imagine, messed up order, lied to, and a side of more wait time, I suggest you go to this Popeyes. It wasn’t even busy my last two trips! Bring a snack you can eat on when they tell you to park on the side and some Advil rapid release, because you will have a tension headache within 30mins. I thought I was in a dream, because there’s no way I’m waiting 45mins both times for a dang tender meal! Unfortunately I wasn’t dreaming. I was reliving the same nightmare. It’s been like this for months. I gave it a month between visits and still the same results. Last time they only had two cars in drive through. This time No cars, not even one! Tell my fiancé 3 mins cause they want the best for us! 😂 I went inside twice 15 mins apart to ask if they were ok or needed some help! You want the best for me then refuse my business or quit your job! Look at the other review ratings. Terrible. The 3.8 star overall has to be a lie or a system error. Read moreI’ve been coming to this Popeyes location for about five months now, and my experience has always been positive. My chicken is consistently fresh and on time, and even when I’ve had to wait, the staff has always been kind, apologetic, and kept me informed.
I was shocked to read a review where someone openly admitted they felt “uncomfortable” and claims “reverse racism” but didn’t even place an order because of the number of Black people present. That is blatant racism. What’s even more disappointing is seeing the location owner offer free chicken to someone with such prejudice. That sends the wrong message—not just to that person, but to the hardworking team here who are most likely under a lot of pressure already .
These workers often covering multiple locations to keep up with the influx of orders while it’s been warm inside of this locations over this past summer when i asked the manager about it , she informed me that a/c hasn’t been repaired yet so if im hot then i know those workers are blazing . If waiting 15 minutes for fresh chicken during a rush is too much for you, maybe it’s time to cook at home. Expecting instant service while showing no respect for the staff—who are likely underpaid and stressed—is entitled and inconsiderate.

Read moreMy husband and I went today with my adult son and another couple. We had all ordered our food by about 12:30 today. We were told that they had just got a big doordash order. No problem. Most of us got our food within 10 minutes. The couple with us still didn't have theirs about 15 minutes after we did. He asks about it, he gets the sorry we got a big order it will be a few more. It showed in que on the screen. He walks to the counter again about 10 minutes later, and was as if they just lost his order. The rest of us had finished our meals and they want to head home so he asks to just get his money back. At nearly 1:20 he finally gets his money back. Why on earth they didn't quickly get his order together the first time he went up there is beyond me. No one else was having trouble getting their meal after paying. He wasn't out of line, although he was pretty fed up by the time he asked for his money back. They could at least have given his refund, quickly, but they drug that out and we all had to wait another 15 minutes or more. This couple had never eaten at a Popeyes, and they went at our suggestion. Absolutely abysmal customer experience for that couple. For those of us that received our food, the food was fresh, hot and delicious, so they get 5 stars...
