Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hot Springs

Spend 25 minutes to drive here from our home. Spend 30 minutes waiting for our food. Drive home another 25 minutes... missing an entree. Missing a side. Wrong sauce on two orders of chicken. Call FOUR TIMES finally get an answer, the manager has an attitude. As I am trying to explain the situation and that I would like a refund of my money he hangs up on me. I call back, for a fifth time mind you, to be instructed to "drive back" and "bring the food". No worries there as none of us are going to eat an entirely wrong thing of chicken. So, I'm now driving back ONE WAY another 25.minutes. I will sit and wait. Another 30 minutes. And then? I will Spend ANOTHER 25 minutes driving home. Nearly 3 hours of my life wasted on a "fast food" establishment that is seriously declining from their lack of management, attitudes, and trash service. First off ordered by the App and arrived in 15min then noted one of our items was made incorrectly then notified the staff, next they came outside asking for the receipt and then asked for the burger back.. which is rarely ever heard of and then proceed to wait for the remake.. in the meantime placed another order for a shake and they made it then put it in the window within view of my vehicle and brought out the remade burger.. then a few minutes later brought out the shake which wasn't filled to the cups edge and had looked like it was sunken in.. one of the drinks was ordered ocean water with extra strawberry and got the opposite effect, I order this drink on a regular basis anytime I visit a sonic and even when I order it without extra I have chunks of strawberries in the straw but this time there was only a little syrup and definitely not satisfying when I asked for the...

This "SONIC " is just like the one on Central Ave. These young people here are amazing. Their very polite, respectful, professional, efficient and hard working. I'm so grateful I don't ever need to go to McDonald's anymore. There's no longer a decent McDonald's in the entire Town of Hot Springs, Arkansas. All the McDonald's in this Town are worthless. The employees are very rude, ignorant and disrespectful. Thank God I can now have a great place to eat and I know the food is good and all the young people are very nice.
