2020 Exhibits — Local services in Houston

We partnered with The 2020 Exhibit Company for a recent trade show and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, they delivered a strong booth design that was visually impressive and aligned well with our brand.

Unfortunately, the execution fell short. The setup was poorly managed, and a rookie project manager was assigned to our account. Communication was difficult throughout the process, leading to confusion and delays. We were forced into significant overtime hours that could have been avoided with better planning and oversight.

Customer service during the show was lacking, and post-show support was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups and requests, we received little to no response. Ultimately, the lack of accountability and support after the event left us frustrated. We will not be using this...

This is the second time we've worked with 2020 Exhibits, and I can't say enough nice things about their work and their team.

We wanted to print a new skin for our display, and we needed it fast. Their team got it printed and delivered to us faster than I could have ever dreamed. There was one problem with the order. I let Jack R know, he printed a new panel for me, and personally delivered it the same afternoon. As long as you have humans working in a company, mistakes will happen. I think it says a lot about a company when they can make it right - quickly, professionally, and with grace.

I have been in working in the trade show industry for years. And when it comes to trade shows, scheduling is very, very important. Working with 202/20 Exhibits, they have never let me down .... ever. They have accommodated my schedule EVERY TIME. I am soooo thankful for both Jack & Melanie over at 20/20 Exhibits!!! Melanie has been my go-to person for all my exhibit needs. She's amazing. Other Houston trade show companies ...... well, if you like to take risks, then those other exhibit companies are for you. But if you want your trade show DONE RIGHT, don't take a risk - GO WITH 20/20...
