Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

I used to go here all the time, I'm always polite, I say please and thank you to everyone and I share my receipts with my mom who likes to use them for the promotional offers. My mom went here, tried to use one of the promotions she uses there (all the time without issue) and not only did they refuse to honor the discount but a larger young man who I often see working the drive thru, got aggressive, telling my mom to "act up then" when she tried to change her order to something they would accomodate and saying she should go to a different burger king where they are "nicer" while throwing the receipt at her. Poor service or food is not surprising from burger king, I don't care about that, but a large young man trying to provoke an altercation with an elderly customer is disgusting behavior and everyone who stands by while this guy picks fights with people who can't defend themselves...

what started as a really bad experience in the drive thru. and after my Marine Wife contacted management at this location. Things got a little better, and the Manager - Jose came through and made things right. The situation was a combination of "bad inconsiderate customers" and a staff that was not trained properly. To sum it up, I waited about 25 minutes for one chicken sandwich that made me sick in the end. Went back this morning for my peace offering from Jose. All is good in the hood.

Give this store some credit, it is a very clean establishment, considering the area/location. Visually observed everyone working in a very professional way in what they were tasked to do. Will gladly go back to this Burger King, and tell my co-workers to go there.

Manager is very rude she is bilingual It was my first time ordering so I went around no one was in line and I had a small order she was rude told me I had to tell her on the speaker my order I explained is was my first time so she made me park and wait for my order by that time there were people behind me . I went around and had a small order I had ppl bypass me because she was upset. I was on my lunch hour so I didn't get to eat I had a 5$ meal. And waited for 20 minutes still had to get off my vehicle and get my order. Very unprofessional on her part she was rude she looked at me with a attitude even her employee looked at her weird. I understand okay next time I know I usually order at McDonald's but figured try Burger...
