me and my boys went here with my mom and little sister. We dont celebrate holidays so was trying to find something we could do for the day and this was right up our alley!! my boys are 2 and 4. and my little sister is 18 months. When i tell u we got there at 12 and left at 3. Didnt know we had stayed there that long! We had the whole place to our selves. Very nice, and orderly, well maintained, clean, good enjoyable music, wonderful staff. My mom was trying to get my sister up the 20 ft slide but apparently it got to hard for her being a lil up in age, so the lady there offered to bring my sister up there so she could slide. ( I wouls have done it , but the first time i tried i barely made it up there myself seeing as im 7.5 months prego and fat lol) my boys had a great time there and its right off the beltway in btw gesner and west airport so its very convenient. ( although u might miss it because its not too obvious to see.. was only able to know it was there bcuz i pulled up my GPS) This place has been here for 9 years!! and ive never seen it b4. Ive lived in the area 25 years! Overall, id recommend to anyone!!! WE LOVED IT. only negative is the air hockey table took...

The manager was very rude and unhelpful. The only reason my son's party was successful was because of my patience and my 2 Party Assistants Channdilyn and Geo. She had a verbal tif with my husband, then proceeded to antagonize my son and his guests, by rushing our party out of the room and bounce houses when the next room was unprepared for the change. Our food order, that we reviewed numerous times, was still wrong. The stress of having pepperoni on your pizza, when your family is allergic to pork is enough to make you scream! Then, my party assistants seemed to be spread too then trying to accommodate her requests as well as fill their responsibilities of their job. I literally had to ask her to let me use them for the party room set up. I could've gotten past the pee smell, but the rudeness and unapologetic attitude of the manager is completely unacceptable....

Shante(the manager) helped me book the most amazing last minute party for my daughter. Everything came out so perfect, we had 2 play areas and a dining area to ourselves for a great/affordable price. I bought decorations and balloons and they decorated for me, i didn’t have to do anything. She assigned Chris to be our host and he was the BEST! He interracted with all the guests at my childs party, had a great personality, served us well, and played with us too. It was so fun that even us adults were playing like kids. Everyone had a really great time. Book your party with them, you will definitely get your moneys worth. They exceeded my expectations and i can’t thank them enough for the amazing experience. We will be returning and i’m going to refer everyone in need of throwing a party to this location....
