I sent my parents (who are not very tech savvy) coupons to order family meals and we have visited this location often and done transactions like this multiple times. I don’t remember who the cashier was, but when shown pictures of the paper coupon, he said he couldn’t use them. So I took a screenshot of my mobile coupons and told them the show him and he responded that he can’t use them either, but he’ll “do us a favor” and do it only this time for us. So I really love this Burger King the employees in there are so nice to me. I look for them when I go in the ones who I know. I know them on a first name basis when I go in there. They remember me to. I have a girl who I've been knowing for many years that works at this location and she's always so sweet and genuine and just down to earth. Had a coupon code for a drink for a dollar. Was getting that and figured why not buy something else. Some reason girl on shift kept assuming I was using another coupon. Kept repeating that even after I explained then asked to see the digital coupon (mind you they dissappear after you give them the unique code).
