BCT — Local services in Houston

I am the owner of Agape Graphics and I have used BCT a.k.a. Office Printing for well over 2 decades and they do great quality work you can depend on. On the few rare occasions they made a mistake, they were always quick to correct the error with no arguments. They are not always the rock bottom cheapest price, but I learned over my 34 years in business that cheap is rarely the best option. When your customer has a deadline and is standing in front of your desk asking why his job is not ready so he can catch a plane to leave for a convention, you will wish you had used BCT rather than some cheap junk place like Vista print. Will never use BCT again! Placed an order on a Thursday.. went to pick up on Wednesday of the next week. One part of the order was incorrectly printed the wrong size and the other part of the order was NEVER printed at all! They say they never received the order, even though I received an email confirmation of it being recieved. On top of that, instead of putting the order in and having it rushed to be completed, I was told it would not be completed for another 2 business days and that I would still be charged the original price! I will never do business with this print shop. Literally had someone hang up on my face and when I called back she said “didn’t you just call, and i hung up” I said yes ma’am and she said “here we go again” & hung up. Never have I been treated so rudely by a place of business. I really hope the owner knows how their potential customers are being treated and does something about it.
