I am one of the lucky ones who got a brand new Lego set with one missing block that is detrimental to the build. While I quietly lost my mind I decided to take matters into my own hands and head to the local block dealer. As l entered,l immediately started rummaging through the bulk blocks looking to score.The kind man running the store offered to help me and though they didn’t have the block I needed,he gave me a really great solution. Extremely disappointed with the way my son was treated at a birthday party hosted at this store. He politely asked the staff host multiple times for a second cupcake, but was deliberately ignored—despite her clearly hearing him and continuing to serve other children around him. When I asked her why she ignored him, she simply said she was busy. Selectively ignoring a child during a celebration is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic decency and professionalism. I will not recommend this place to any parent who expects all children to be treated with kindness...

We came here for a birthday party and ended up leaving 2 hours after the party ended. The store side had plenty of pre-owned pieces to admire and purchase along with a nice selection of new legos to buy. There’s a table full of legos to sort through with different size containers to fill and purchase. This is where we spent most of our time. There’s also a table to build your own minifigs.
