So this yarn shop is conveniently located but that's where the good part ends. The shop is small, cramped and terribly disorganized. There are towering racks of shoe racks or something similar holding yarn which is arranged by no particular standard. There are no prices on the yarn or racks which forces you to ask the price for everything. Very inconvenient and an annoyance by itself but the owner is usually busy. Also some of the yarn I bought was improperly stored and when wound broke more than 15 times despite being of a quality brand. She had a great selection of yarns from what I could see, and the prices didn't seem particularly outrageous from any other yarn shop.

Nancy's Knits had a similar brand so I thought I'd buy a new cord and needles in the new brand so I could finish the baby project for my daughter. The store clerk was gracious enough to check and see if her brand needles fit the cord I already had to save me an expense rather than make the sale for herself!!
