Subway — Restaurant in Houston

Whoever the gypsy lady is in there working now she never replaces food she will never make meatballs I've been there almost two months with a we don't have any more response and even tried at 3 times at 3pm 7 pm and 9pm which ended me up with her having put everything up at 9pm (while she is sitting there eating her own sandwich) with her asking me what do you want me to do?everything is put up.i see the sign on the door says open until 10pm but everyday I go there 830-9 either the door is locked and everyone is gone or the food is already put up.this is why you work at subway and won't better yourself when you go to work your supposed to be ready to serve the customers.this place used to be good with the black guy who was working there now I pass this up to go to the one off post oak...

Just tried to eat there (July 18, 2020 around 3:30pm) and their credit card machine wasn’t working. I also couldn’t pay with my phone. So. I and my friend understood so we called our significant others and asked for them to bring the exact amount. When they got there we went to pay and the price went up $5! She claimed she forgot the chips! Excuse me? We were patient as for their technical difficulties as our food got cold, and then she had the audacity to charge us MORE than she previously was? The woman working was incredibly about it and did not take any responsibility. She would not tell us her name. Very disappointed. Terrible customer service. Will not...

Nothing against the employee working today. But it’s ridiculous to just have one employee run the whole store! It takes way too long to come in and get a sub. I tried to come in an hour ago as well and 4-5 people waiting. So decided to come back later and still a very long wait because only one worker. And this has been this way every time I have tried to come here. And I live in the neighborhood behind. But this place is so inconvenient to come to. If think you only need one employee because your sales are slow. Then maybe add another employees and orders will be completed quicker and people will come back...
