0 customer service from the service department. NEVER EVER CALLS YOU BACK. Had a tractor here for 6 weeks and could never get in touch with the service manager other then 1 call from him that I missed and 1 call too him that I actually got a hold of him. Other then that countless calls and messages to call me back with no luck. I don't even like to talk on the phone so I won't keep people on long. At least give me a call and BS me for a few seconds so I know you are getting my calls. If I didn't call people back in my job as a fleet manager I would be looking for a new job. I will never ever take my tractor back here or buy anything from this place.
On a side note the girl at the front desk that answered all my calls was super nice and the Mechanic was very nice as well. But the service manager has no customer service skills what so ever. I wrote the whole story out and deleted it when google cut me off due to size. So the point is BEWARE taking your equipment to this place to have it worked on. It will be more of a headache...

Read moreMy 2 y/o son and I were driving today and passed by Lansdowne-Moody. He saw all of the equipment and asked if we could go look at it. I wasn't sure how we would be treated for letting a toddler just walk around and look at the equipment. We were there for about 10 minutes when an employee started walking out to us. I thought for sure we were about to be asked to leave. He asked if I needed help and I said my son just wanted to check out the equipment. To my surprise, the employee said, "Awesome!!! Let us know if you need anything. Stay as long as you want."
