This company and it's employees I have encountered care nothing about people, consumers or customer service. After hours and hours of calls, emails and waiting 3 hrs in a store and ruining my 1 vacation day with my family, they still will not help me.
Francesca's makes it impossible to contact them. The employees are completely incapable of problem solving and the store manager in La Jolla should 100 percent be fired.
My family and I spent over $1500 in the La Jolla, CA store. I paid for 3 transactions for my daughters. First one fine. Second the keypad glitched and cashier hit a key on her computer and canceled it, but it went through. It immediately popped up as an alert on my phone that I spent $290.00. After hours of arguing, showing text chat with my visa card and my bank account they refused to let me have my items I paid for. They refused to call the store manager on her birthday. My sister ended up paying for it again on her cc. It was my daughter's birthday and the store took our time together from us and wrecked our vacation day. I spend a lot of money here. We all do.

Read moreWorse place to work. Daughter was hired for her first time job by a sweet manager leaving in 2 days. New manager was young and not trained. Daughter was never trained. Employees were coming and going over the course of 6 weeks. New manager also leaving this week. May daughter was told to only dress nice when regional manager was in town. She was scheduled a few shifts over this time frame and most were when she covered spring break. The business would close early with her only working 1-3 hours. The last scheduled shift she was texted they were closing at 5 and not to come in for her 3:15 shift. Note on the door said closing at 4pm. All 3 times this happened on the weekend. That was her last scheduled day and after over 2 weeks of not being scheduled she was let go without any reason. Not one write-up. Not one verbal conversation. She even texted both manager and regional manager without any reply to the schedule over the 2 weeks. Most unprofessional situation. A WORKER opened up the curtain, did not ask if anyone was in there, did not look to see my feet, and did not listen to hear any voices while me and my sister were having a conversation the entire time in the changing room. I was completely violated, and as the changing rooms are in the middle of the store, and right next to the cash register where everyone is standing, I feel so disturbed. I can’t believe they would have workers who don’t even ask if anyone’s changing, they just pull open curtains no matter what. On top of this terrible situation, almost every piece of clothing had stains and rips. I did find a good few pieces. But because of the complete violation of my body while I was changing, the few good things I found still do not make this place anywhere above a one star.
