Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

This is the second and absolutely last time I go to this burger king, I ordered Dr. Pepper with my meal and the lady gave me coke. I sooo know the Difference. When I brought it to her attention she actually stood there and argued with me telling me it was not coke but Dr. Pepper The whole time she kept speaking Spanish to me. Finally after 5 minutes she took the coke back and changed it out for the correct drink. I swear if I could give no stars I would. Burger King needs to break check this store on Hempstead. The drive through is slow, the staff is rude and barley speak English. I see all these good reviews about this place, I'm telling you they are all lies. I'm more than sure its the employees family members putting up those reviews. If my staff at my store acted the way these people act they would not have a job to come back to. The customer's should always come first. Great customer Serive is key, cleanliness should always be a factor. I saw one staff member mop the floor with dirty water and there were fries all over the floor. Never ever going back to this...

This was about a 10 minute drive for me, but not inconvenient at all. It was a little bit after 1 o’clock when I decided to take my lunch and although the line quickly formed up it moved fast.

I could tell there was a lot of people who were parked outside who apparently actually dined in. From my outside looking in view, I could tell that the place was clean and spacious with a lot of social distancing going on which was really nice to see for a fast food dining in experience.

I ordered some thing that is not on the menu but they had no problem receiving the order, meaning there was no confusion, and they got my food to me hot. The french fries are actually my favorite.

A nice surprise that wrapped up my drive-through experience was the trashcan at the end. It was actually pretty cleared - no junk around the trashcan it wasn’t the usual eye sore. I could tell that this place is very nice and clean from the inside out.

Drive thru girl shouldn't be in that position I ordered a combo was $10.81 gave her $50 and she gave me $30 back after I got her attention I told her shes missing the rest of my change and I wanted my recipe she clearly didnt care closed the window and continued to ignored me ,I dont know if she understand English or what,but I clearly asked for my recipe multiple times till older lady came to the window and explained that she made a mistake and accidentally typed $100 and got confused like really? So that makes it ok to give me wrong change and hopping I wouldn't count ? Well I ended getting my $39 change after a fuzz and food was great 👀only reason I'm giving it 3stars hopefully nothing was done to the burger and if she cant fix her mistakes and learns how to count she shouldn't be in a position touching $$ estimated time was around 6pm so make sure you check...
