I had a wonderful experience with Harold and his team. I was a first-time shopper for an engagement ring, but I had shopped for jewelry before at bigger chain-type stores. In the past...I always felt like someone was trying to get the better of me. Harold's team was on a different planet from a lot of those places. There were no frills, and they made the process simple, clear and honest.
