Anyone looking for any baked goods please look elsewhere and don’t waste your time with these people. I'm utterly furious about this, and I'm not even the one who ordered the cake. My sister ordered a cake from this place, and the lack of proper customer service is outrageous. Look at these photos- it's like we were completely scammed. We specifically requested a cake similar to the one with candles, and what did we get? A downright abomination that doesn't even come close. They rushed to collect all her information and money, without even having the decency to notify her if they couldn't handle the design. Instead, they gleefully snatched my sister's money and created this disaster. And what's their solution? Not a refund but worthless store credit! As if we'd ever return there. Seriously, $325 for this hassle? I've seen better desserts at a 5 year olds birthday party. Give us our money back! NEVER...

Terrible terrible terrible that’s all I got to say. I had a friend order a cake from here and the response and unprofessionalism is astounding. I have inserted photos below just to further explain how we were CATFISHED. We asked for a cake similar to the one with candles and received whatever that other thing is. I understand if you can’t do a design, you should inform your client. Instead, they eagerly took her money and did apparently whatever design they wanted to.
