He came over to read the insurance policy, he said a lot, he promised that he will take care our house. We do not need to do anything, we will have a chance rebuilt our house without payment. I had a terrible experience with this company. They made a lot of promises in the beginning to gain my trust, but once they received the insurance payout, they disappeared and left the job unfinished. Worse, they left behind a complete mess and took no responsibility for fixing it. This caused me significant stress, financial loss, and wasted time trying to deal with the aftermath.
