Subway — Restaurant in Houston

It is very strange that one night I can go and simply say what I want and it is a breeze in and out with positive employees. And the next time I go it is a completely different experience. The employee makes me feel like I am inconveniencing them. They are told that on a foot long you put 3 tomatoes on each side. and a minimum of 3 pieces of bacon on each side. Well I would expect that every time. But last time I went (and has happened multiple times) They put 2 pieces of bacon on each side and started to put 2 tomatoes but then put a 3 bit, and I say bit because the tomato was approx the size of my watch dial. Then I asked for mayo and they squirt one strip of it and the bottle is near empty so it doesn't go all the way across and the employee began to close the sandwich and I asked for more. I got an attitude (look) and they put more on.

I then go most of the time and they don't have chocolate chip cookies. Seriously!!!!! WTH that is your biggest seller. Make more even if it is just one batch. It isn't that difficult, you aren't making them from scratch. So needless to say I won't be going back to Subway for a...

This place has no idea what they are doing!They Tried to make me a wrap twice that was completely falling apart, and then charge me for it. First time the kid had no idea what he or she was doing, they later told me it was their first time. They went back to get someone to help them, the next kid came in with sopping wet hands put gloves on (that’s a plus I guess) and then used a dirty knife and his fingers to try and put it back together and make the mess that he had made look presentable. No way I’ll go back there. I’m all for people learning a new job, but they must be taught correctly or else all they are doing is a giant mess! I will never go back there. This place isn’t clean, the employees have no idea what they are doing! And whomever the boss is must not care! I wouldn’t even give this subway a star. I've left at least three reviews for this location, both with varying perspectives, but now i know for sure. Do. Not. Go. Here. First impression of walking in is a staff that looks like they never wanted to be there in the first place. Second impression is of employees who want to nickel and dime you at every turn, we asked for onions, the guy behind the counter puts less than 6 thin quarters of one ring for a whole footlong, they tried to leave 3 slices of cheese on my partners sandwich.
