Kennedy Place — Local services in Houston

I have not lived here yet. However, I’m currently waiting. I spoke with office personnel regarding some inquiries that arose and might I say, Mrs. L was so professional, pleasant and informative. There was no inclination of judgement towards individuals who may call to seek information regarding assistance. All of my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed or anything. I’m a firm believer that the will of God will never lead you where the grace of God won’t protect you... Pleasant, respectful people with moral and integrity usually are combined attributes of those with a conscious or great spirituality!! Hopefully this will be my blessing as I transition to progress further and sometimes a place like this is needed... I look forward to speaking to them again...

This complex is an absolute plague. All the reviews of 5 stars are people who don't even live there and just want on the list. I live across the street. There's constantly police outside. The resident who parks his old Camaro on Meadow wakes up everyone in the entire block. Now, on top of boarded up windows, the gate has been broken for weeks. It's extremely loud and sounds worse than nails on a chalkboard. It screeches like this all day and all night. 2 am 3 am 4 am. I have not slept in days. I called their office today. The girl who answered says she doesn't hear anything. Yet I hear the gate from 1000 ft away. I have uploaded some video of this awful screaming gate that our tax dollars...

I would not recommend moving here management and maintenance are a joke my family member lives here and it’s horrifying how many spots in the ceiling been leaking and mold and mildew everywhere until just recently RATS have now moved in tiny mice running in and out making holes and homes for themselves I can’t even visit my family anymore because one thing I have never seen indoors is rats and if it’s one it’s a whole colony of them! The entire complex needs to be exterminated for roaches...
