If I could give them a 0 I would. My friend got towed to this location and her phone was dead so she was stranded at the towing place trying to get her car out and despite her having all other documents with a school ID the Hispanic lady refused to give her the car back, she asked the lady to call a friend for her so she can get home the lady refused, she asked the lady to call the police because she is stranded in a state she’s not from and she refused and told her that’s not her job, my friend had to wait till a random man came to ask for help we later returned together with a government receipt of her ID that will serve as a replacement ID till her real one came in where the lady refused the government issued paperwork so my friend then asked to go back to her car to recheck for her ID were the lady refused her access to the back because she let her back once already. Which is illegal they are required to allow you to go grab your belongings as many time’s necessary. So since they refused the government paperwork, and refused to let her go search the car again for the ID she was instructed to add a person to her insurance in the morning that had a ID that can come with her to pick her car up where she would have to pay the insurance company and towing fee. She returned back to a different Black lady this morning who accepted the photo ID of her and helped but ended up having to pay $300 because of extra overnight fees because the First Lady refused to give her car back. I honestly believe the First Lady was being prejudice or maybe being rude and spiteful is just her nature but she needs to be fired. She was giving others a hard time as well, and makes it a living hell to get your car back when your already in a stressful situation, she has no sympathy for anyone she left a young girl in the middle of no where with no help and couldn’t even be a decent human to assist her with calling for help. Just for another worker to accept the documents she refused not even 24 hours later which Indicates she had...
Read moreMy vehicle was towed this morning from my mothers apartments. There are no signs around the complex that has the towing information to call. The towing company store my vehicle way to far from where my mother apartments are located. Lucky my mother had the towing number in her email. In order to locate my vehicle the system text me a website to type in my license plate number. I called three different local numbers and receive no answer. One number stated that the voicemail box was full and the other numbers were answering service but did not stated that the storage lot was close on Saturday or Sunday. Once I arrive the storage lot was close had a difficult time trying to reach someone. I had to reach out to another local storage lot where the owner was very helpful. The man was able to reach Five Star Auto Storage and gave me the contact information. While talking with the owner very rude man poor customers skills. There are no signs out the business that states there are close on the weekends. When I arrived at 6:37 the business was close. The owner stated he will have someone there within 20-30 mins. The lady arrive around 7:08 and once again poor customers service for business they should be shut down and or fine. They definitely should either go back to school to be taught how to communicate with customers when you are operating a business like this. When I, walked to back of the storage lot no one was there to greet me so I, could retrieve my vehicle. It could of been a dog back there...
Read moreTo start with, my daughter did park in the wrong spot and the tow was her fault so that was not in question. However the lack of customer service, care, concern, disrespect, and attitude of the staff there was unacceptable.
Our vehicle is not only from out of state but also out of the USA so this wasn’t the average situation to deal with. Being 2300 miles away they could have cared less to help solve the situation. The paperwork that they “required” was not available where we live. I had to ask our local insurance agent to come in after hours to help provide additional paperwork, which they denied because 2 pages was to difficult to put together and couldn’t figure it out. 4 attempts at sending documents that included a notary signature and 3 hours later we finally got the car.
The staff was rude to say the least, could care less to help out, and would ignore my daughter when she was waiting to talk to them and when I asked to talk to the manager I was told they weren’t there. But then a manager just happens to walk out of the office an hour later?!? Completely unprofessional! I get that nobody likes dealing with their car being towed.I get that maybe having that job sucks, but treating people decently shouldn’t be that difficult. Especially when you know that the vehicle you are dealing with isn’t from...
